The focus of executive coaching
Sessions can address priorities, decisions, team responsibilities and the way the business is managed. Sales coaching focuses more closely on selling and opportunity management.
Who it is for
Founders, managing partners and senior executives who want to discuss the challenges of leading a growing business. A leadership team can also discuss whether facilitated sessions would help.
How sessions work
Agree the goals, format and frequency with Christopher. Bring a current decision or challenge, discuss the options and decide what to do next. Review the outcome at a later session. Where an employer sponsors the work, agree confidentiality and reporting arrangements in advance.
Executive coaching in Sydney and online
In-person sessions are held at your office in Sydney. Leaders elsewhere in Australia can work with Christopher online. Agree the format and frequency when setting up the programme.
Fees and timing
Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly over a three-month programme. Fees are quoted after a discovery call. The proposal sets out the format, the number of sessions and the fee. Further support is agreed separately.
